Under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) all buildings, when constructed, sold or rented, are required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
The Energy Performance Certificate provides an energy efficiency rating between grades A-G, along with a recommendation report for improvements.
As fully accredited Low Carbon Energy Assessors (LCEA), DDA can advise clients on all areas of energy efficiency, renewable technologies and provide EPC’s for Level 3,4 & 5 assessments.
DDA undertake both Steady State assessments and full Dynamic Simulation Modeling (DSM), using EDSL TAS software.
