With an in-depth knowledge of utility infrastructure systems, DDA have the capability and technical expertise to undertake assessments of existing utilities services and advise where there may be an impact on project master plans.

Our utility service specialises in providing a complete solution to minimise potential on-site risk, from buried services. We will carry out detailed assessment of the local networks around development areas, advising on service disconnections, diversions and new supply requirements.

DDA will liaise with the relevant utility undertakings to define scope of works and associated cost from C2 budget estimates, through to C4 firm estimates for Contestable and Non-contestable elements.
